On 15th April 2016 a workshop “How to Publish in High Impact Factor Journals?” will be held at Rīga Stradiņš University. The workshop is organised within the framework of the project BALTINFECT.

The purpose of this workshop is to consider the issues related to the selection of good publishable topic for research, what are expectations from the top journals, different indexes and its importance, get practical tips for writing regularly and productively etc.

The workshop will be led by Dr. Daiga Kamerāde who is a Research Fellow at the Third Sector Research Centre, University of Birmingham. Her current research interest is on volunteering, volunteer workforce management, changing nature of voluntary work in third sector organisations, third sector workforce and the effects of volunteering on employability. She is also an experienced lecturer in psychology, organisational behaviour, human resource management and qualitative research topics and has been teaching at various universities in the UK and abroad for more than ten years.
